Tournated is a Latvia-based Sports SaaS platform that helps federations, clubs, and athletes manage tournaments and data in one place. Founded in 2023 by former athletes, it's known as the “Shopify for Sports Management.”
When Tournated came to us, their product was powerful but difficult to use. Admins got lost, athletes couldn't find schedules, and the outdated interface slowed adoption. We redesigned their dashboard and website to match the platform that later raised $750,000 in strategic funding for global expansion.
Although Tournated provided an all-in-one solution for sports organizations, the product experience created unnecessary friction for administrators, coaches and athletes. The interface lacked hierarchy, navigation felt overwhelming and important workflows required too many steps.
Users struggled to locate tournaments, schedules and team information quickly.
Admins performed repetitive actions across multiple screens.
Athletes found it difficult to access schedules and match updates on mobile.
Important actions blended into the interface, reducing usability.
We redesigned the complete experience using a clean visual system, simplified user flows and a responsive dashboard that supports administrators, federations and athletes on every device.
Simplified dashboard reduced the number of clicks needed for daily tasks.
Improved information architecture made every section easier to discover.
Optimized layouts delivered a better experience across phones and tablets.
A reusable design system ensured consistency throughout the platform.
Every design decision was backed by research, testing and continuous iteration to create a faster sports management experience.
